A New Yorker from childhood, grew-up in Harlem and then move to East Elmhurst. Went to Newtown High School and became a college drop-out, before going into the service. Did a tour of duty in the US Marine Corps with the 2nd Marine Div. Worked twenty four years in the airline business at TWA and American Airlines. A life long distance runner and a lover of music.
